On the ground floor of a farmhouse in Saint-Jorioz, Tournette Riverside combines the comfort of a private apartment with a charming riverside setting.

With a kitchen for everyday meals, a double bed, a living room and a workspace, the apartment is a comfortable base for a few days or a week exploring the area.

Minimum stay of 3 nights, from 1 December to 30 April. Stays of 28 nights or more are considered on request, with a personalised quote.

Payment terms

After your stay is approved: a 30% booking deposit, then the remaining 70% no later than 14 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount is payable after approval. Your hosts will share the SumUp payment links.

Cancellation and refunds

If the guest cancels:

At least 30 days before arrival: A full refund of all amounts paid.
Between 29 and 14 days before arrival, inclusive: The 30% booking deposit is retained. Any balance already paid is refunded.
Less than 14 days before arrival: The accommodation price is non-refundable.

If the same nights are rebooked, we refund the amount recovered through the new booking, up to the amount you remain charged for those nights.

To cancel, email Gail and Jérôme at the addresses below with your name and stay dates. Notice is measured in calendar days before the arrival date, using the date we receive your email in Paris time.

The booking deposit is part of the price of your stay. It is not a security deposit for damage. Statutory rights and exceptions still apply, including legally recognised force majeure.

These terms apply to new direct bookings. For a stay already confirmed, the terms agreed in writing remain applicable.
